What this website collects
This website has no accounts, no sign-up forms and no payment system. We do not run a database of visitors.
Your order list
When you add items on the shop page, the list is saved only in your own browser so it is still there when you come back. It is never sent to us until you choose to send it on WhatsApp. Clearing your browser data removes it.
WhatsApp and phone
The booking and order buttons open WhatsApp with a message written for you. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. Once you message or call us, we see your phone number and whatever you write, and we use them only to reply to you, arrange your appointment or prepare your order.
Health information
What you tell the doctor during a consultation is confidential and is not published or shared. Please do not send detailed medical reports through the website. Bring them to the clinic.
Fonts and maps
The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, and the map link opens Google Maps. Google may record your IP address when these load, under its own privacy policy.
Photos
Photos on this site show our own staff and premises. Patients' faces are not shown.
